Required Documents for Foreign Employment Processing
To proceed with overseas employment, candidates must submit the following documents. These are mandatory as per the rules of the Government of Nepal and the requirements of the destination country.
- Valid Passport
Must have a minimum validity of 6 months. - Nepali Citizenship Certificate
Original and photocopy required. - Recent Passport-Size Photographs
White background, as per embassy standards. - Educational Certificates (if required)

Proof of previous work experience. - Medical Report
Issued by a Government-authorized medical center. - Police Clearance Certificate
